Carolina Mailboxes cares deeply about your experience with our team and satisfaction with our products. While we don't have an explicit return policy for our products, we do offer a 1 year guarantee on most products if they have material defects or faulty workmanship.
Our team takes extra care that all products being shipped out are of the utmost quality, but we understand that problems can happen sometimes. Since many of our products come from our wholesale partners, we often must align with return policies already established with these manufacturers.
- Mailboxes: If you need to return a mailbox system, please call our office directly at (704) 334-3393 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and concerns. A team member will help you sort out your concerns as best we can.
- Cluster Boxes: We do offer returns on cluster boxes with a 50% restocking fee, dictated by the manufacturer.
- Accessories: We do not offer returns on custom accessories (e.g. cast aluminum address plaques, etc). If you're uncertain about a custom item, please reach out before placing your order.
