BULK PRICING

With the majority of our clients being builders and contractors, we’ve created special bulk order pricing and resources to show our appreciation for choosing us as your mailbox supplier. If you’re a builder or contractor, you won’t need to have a special code or identification to make a bulk order. Instead, you can use our standard ordering process, which will automate this for you through the website, or give us a call to process other kinds of orders.

BUILDING COMPANY DISCOUNTS

We offer discounted pricing to companies that build homes. Simply let us know what company you’re ordering for and we’ll help you process your order—no special codes or minimums required! This discount only applies to single family residential mailbox systems (parts, repairs, cluster mailboxes, and street signs are not eligible for discounting).

STANDARD BULK DISCOUNTS

For a single order of 10 to 19 mailposts, you receive a 10% discount off your order. For a single order of 20 to 29 mailposts, you receive 15% off your order.

HOA & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DISCOUNTS

Need a neighborhood “spruce up” special? We work with local HOA and property management companies to designate one month during the year where anyone falling under that zip code may use the builder discount.

NEGOTIATIONS

If you’re a larger contracting company that needs to order frequently, we sometimes negotiate unique discounting deals. Please contact our office for further information on custom builder discounts.

*For orders of more than 30 mailbox systems, you must call us to generate a custom quote.

NOTE: Did you know that the U.S Postal Service now requires cluster mailboxes in all new neighborhoods and in new phases of old neighborhoods? The only neighborhoods where builders can use single family mailboxes are older neighborhoods built before 2014. Order your cluster boxes today!
